Having fun with Chad and Maria

Chad and Maria have been visiting us. We had a WONDERFUL time! But we felt so sad when they left. Chad is going to stop and visit Rush and Sheenu in Phoenix for a few days. Maria is headed back to work and is going to take care of our grandcats. I think Ray, our tour director, looks a little tired in this picture! Thankfully, our friends, Teena and Grant, had us over for dinner the evening they left so we didn't feel so lonely! They have a beautiful condo and Grant is a delicious cook. I'm trying to get Ray to get on board the cooking train. So far, no such luck...ha!

Chad and Maria are headed out to Paradise Cove for a luau. I think these happy smiles are because they are getting out on their own without the folks! They saw a beautiful sunset. Can't wait to see their pictures.

Island Happenings!

Sorry for no blogs lately but we have been really busy. Chad and Maria visited for 9 days and we had a blast exploring the island, hiking, and beaching everyday. We have friends in town this week that we will hang out with some and look forward to Julie's visit in June as well as a friend of Connie's that will be in town in mid June to take a Hawaiian Cruise....Aloha and everyone stay safe......

Life Really is a Beach

Fun....only word I know to describe hawaii.....We beached all day and joined our friends Julie, Kanoe, and Allen for the opening night of Princess Kaiulani....we had a wonderful day and night..movie was great.....

Island Happenings

Alot of fun things are happening on the island...one funny thing , Connie went to Macys for her hair coloring monday..got a really great lady that fixed her up..however last year a guy did her hair (Steve) and it took him 4 hours and he was actually reading a hair manual as he worked on her......she asked her stylist how ole Steve was doing...seems he is back working at HOME DEPOT.......

REMEMBER A BAD BEACH DAY IS BETTER THAN GOOD DAY ANYWHERE ELSE..ALOHA
